Top 25 European Moms 2012

Just a short  post to tell you that I’ve been nominated for Circle of Mom’s Top 25 European Moms 2012 (for mom bloggers who live in Europe).  Sounds good doesn’t it – Top 25 European Blogger.  I quite fancy that title though how much of me is European I’m not sure.  Born and brought up in Warwickshire and now living in the West Midlands, I am very much an English girl and except for my European holidays BC (before children) I haven’t really strayed far from the middle of England.  However, my husband’s family history is very different.  Though very much a  Yorkshireman,  research has shown that his family have descended from France.  Interestingly, his mum is not really your typical English rose; she is much more European  looking with her dark skin, dark hair and brown eyes, just like my husband!  Makes me look very pale in comparison.
